Background
Our operations were established in 1993 by Sweden’s four largest insurance companies as a consequence of new legislation on construction.
Since then, we have been one of the largest providers of construction security assurance. In recent years, we have also increased our strength in a number of other industries. Since, 2003, Nordic Guarantee has been part of the Fairford Group, an international group that invests in growth companies.
Operations are conducted from our offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Malmö, Copenhagen and Helsinki by employees with extensive experience and knowledge in the field of guarantees.
